UNITING for UKRAINE
As the war enters into the six month it is unsafe for Ukrainians to return home. Many cities are being attacked, occupied by Russians and destroyed. Ukrainian's are faced with the harsh reality that the likelihood of returning home soon is not likely, if it a reality at all.
Without the hope of peace and the number of refugees resettling all over Europe, some Ukrainians are now considering long term relocation further away from home. Many Ukrainians are looking at the hope of safety and security in America, far away from the atrocities of war.
On April 21, 2022 opened, Uniting for Ukraine, a USCIS program that provides a pathway for Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members who are outside the United States to come to the United States and stay temporarily in a two-year period of parole.
Ukrainians participating in Uniting for Ukraine must have a supporter in the United States who agrees to provide them with financial support.
